This workshop will include a powerful kundalini yoga kriya to purify the blood and expand our lung capacity. The circulatory system is then stimulated. We will then work with our magnetic field and prepare the body for deep meditation and yoga nidra practice.
‘Yoga nidra or “yogic sleep” is a sleep-like state which yogis report to experience during their meditations. Yoga nidra, lucid sleeping is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness.”, from this deep relaxed place we begin to heal our mind body and soul.
