  • Sleeping Bag or bedding for camping and dormitories
  • Sleeping mat and tent if camping
  • Towels & toiletries
  • Yoga mat/sheepskin and blanket/shawl for relaxation
  • White clothes & head covering for yoga
  • Instruments if you’d like to play for Sadhana or the Gurdwara programme
  • Other clothes, including something ‘dressey’ for Thursday night
  • Swim wear & towel
  • Bottle for water
  • Rain jacket (in case of bad weather)
  • Outdoor & indoor shoes
  • Money for the bazaar and healing area
