Use postcode CR3 7LR to get there. From there a 2 mile driveway into the school.

The dates for the full festival are Saturday 25th May from 1 pm to Wednesday 29th 3pm
How do I get there?
Driving
We are still working on exact instructions as the venue has two roads that come into it from opposite ends of the site. So watch out for the joining instructions.
Public Transport
Woldingham School’s closest train station is Woldingham which exits directly into Marden Park. The school is just over a mile walk down a lovely country lane.
There are trains from London Victoria (34 mins) and Clapham Junction (26 mins).
We have a Whatsapp transport group too where you could ask about lift share, or pick up from the train station
BOOKING
How do I book?
It’s really easy, here’s the booking link.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes absolutely you can pay by monthly installments.
Can I come for the weekend?
Yes! We would love to have you for the weekend. The weekend is Saturday 1pm to Monday 5:30pm. If you want to stay for Monday dinner and evening entertainment please add the supplement when booking.
Can I come for a day?
Yes absolutely. You can book a full day ticket for Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. You are welcome to come to sadhana at 5am. The day ticket includes lunch and dinner and a small supplement for breakfast so we know numbers for the meals.
Can I book last minute?
You can book up to 4 days before the festival, by end of day Tuesday 21st. We need to give the festival the full numbers 72 hours before we start for the catering team.
ACCOMMODATION
What types of accommodation do you offer?
We have single rooms, single rooms with ensuite, family rooms (for parents with children as we are limited on numbers) and camping too!
Can I have a family room with an ensuite?
Unfortunately, the venue doesn’t have any dorm-type rooms with ensuite.
Can I camp?
Yes! We have camping this year. And we think we can cater for campervans too, contact us if you want to bring a campervan.
There is parking right by the camping field. Toilet facilities in a nearby building. Plenty of shared showers and even the odd bath in other bedroom blocks.
You will need to bring your own tent. And please make sure you have plenty of warm clothes and bedding and a hot water bottle to keep you toasty overnight.
What do the rooms provide?
The rooms provide all the bedding and a towel for each person. And they have sinks, bedside tables, wardrobe and usually desk and chair. They are really lovely.
Why can’t I share with my friends this year?
This year we only have 70 beds in dorms and we need to reserve these for families.
We will happily do our best to co-locate you. Just make sure you buy the same ticket type.
If you have a lot of friends, we will do our best to put you all on a corridor.
Your other option is camping. Just make sure you have plenty of warm clothes and bedding to keep you toasty overnight.
Can I share with my partner?
We can’t guarantee that you can share with your partner as we need to reserve the dorms for families.
Please book single rooms and ask to be next door to each other. Send us an email to ask to be added to the waiting list for a twin room. A private family room has a supplement of £40 more than the single. In total you would need to pay an extra £30 as one of you will be sharing room price if we have a twin for you (£10 less).
Why is accommodation more expensive than last year?
This year is more expensive as the venue is more expensive than last year. And it is very much nicer than last year which had a lot of complaints about the rooms and the food.
This doesn’t make a profit for us, the ticket pricing just covers our costs of the venue and putting on the festival. We do our best to make it affordable for families, and we lose money on every full festival child ticket we sell and every infant who comes for free.
We are unpaid volunteers putting on the festival for the community because we love it.
What do I need to bring?
You will get full instructions on what to bring in the joining email.
Do remember to bring your yoga mat and warm blanket for sadhana!
FOOD & DRINK
What meals are included?
Breakfast lunch and dinner are all included and fresh fruit. All the food will be vegan, gluten free nutritious and delicious.
If you are coming for the day, we ask for a small supplement for breakfast so that we have numbers for the venue.
Are there kitchen facilities?
In each bedroom block there are tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge, but tea and coffee are not provided. You can come and have a free yogi tea in the bazaar/reception area and above yoga room 2.
Can I bring my own food?
The venue does not allow food to be brought onsite (except for stall holders selling food). You can bring tea and coffee if you want to make a hot drink. The venue is a nut free site.
We provide three delicious meals a day, and fresh fruit for snacks.
Do you cater for food allergies?
All the food will be vegan, gluten free* nutritious and delicious.
*NB We will provide both gluten free and normal bread in the mornings, so please take care which you choose.
If you have specific food allergies please contact us and we will work with the catering team to see if we can accommodate you.
OTHER
How much profit does the festival make?
The festival is based on seva (service without expectation of benefits) and we budget to break even each year. It usually makes a small profit or small loss. Whenever we make a profit, we put that into more bursary places for the community and improvements to the festival for you.
The festival is lovingly organised by a small team of unpaid volunteers. And we are super grateful to the teachers who volunteer their time without payment to arrive early and setup the festival, work each day to ensure the smooth running, and pack away at the end.
PS We would love your help with packing away if you can spare 30 mins or an hour to help.🙏💕
