About Olga

My journey to Kundalini Yoga started in a very different place while I was searching for a cure to an illness. I never thought it would take me to where I am now, and I feel eternally grateful for what initially seemed like a dark, sinister place.

Now I am in a position to take you from wherever life has taken you, and lead you toward light and a feeling of indestructible happiness. It may seem like hard work at times, but believe me, it is worth it.

I am a married mother of two fantastic kids and feeling spring-young and full of vitality. I have practiced this yoga for sixth years now and graduated from the Sahej Academy. I also hold the Radiant Child Yoga diploma from Sue Ducros, who based her school of yoga on the Montessori system of education and propagated it all across Canada and beyond. I practice in Altrincham and Hale giving classes for adults and kids in very small groups. I also teach yoga in schools and yoga centres as well as organise kids’ yoga parties and special events.

The yogis believed that stilling the eyes and focusing our gaze or drushti would help to focus the mind! 

Together we can make a soothing, lavender NO Sew Eye Pillow which helps keep you inquisitive, searching eyes closed.

       ❗️Uncooked rice or seeds
       ❗️Calming essential oils (These are good for anxiety)

 

Chamomile

Lavender

Cedarwood

Sandalwood

 
❗️Kids size crew sock
❗️Large mixing bowl
 

”Really Cool” Breath:

This cools you out when you’re super upset or mad and ready to punch 🤛 someone!!!! Maybe you are really excited and need to calm yourself down – it also works out! Just try it! 
 

Meditation with a beautiful song and a nice affirmation for saying something good to yourself. Like:
