Hello, I am an optometrist by profession but love kids and qualified as kids yoga teacher over 10 yrs ago. I have trained with some wonderful teachers (including a 4 week adult teacher training programme in Rishikesh). Ever since I have worked part time, teaching the younger age groups, in libraries and after school clubs. I am now training to be a Montessori teacher after being inspired by my daughter and the Montessori nursery where I teach yoga regularly.
