My name is Inese, and I am delighted to be part of the support team at this year’s Kundalini Yoga Festival.
You will find me in the children’s camp, where I will be welcoming children, young people, and their parents into the spirit of the festival.
This will be my fourth year at the festival, and it has become one of the many highlights of my year. It is always such a joy to reconnect with familiar faces, welcome new ones, and share in the warmth, community, and magic that this special gathering brings.
Alongside my festival role, I am a professional Reflexologist and Reiki Healer with over 20 years of healthcare experience. My work is centred around supporting people to feel more balanced, grounded, and connected within themselves. Through reflexology and restorative therapies, I offer a gentle space for relaxation, renewal, and inner harmony.
During the festival, I will also be offering Reflexology and Reiki sessions, and I would be honoured to support you in this way.
I cannot wait to welcome you, see old friends, and make some new ones.
