Karen Neate
Like many of my students, I have always experienced a strong connectivity with nature, its healing energy and phases through the seasons that reflect changes within our cycles of life.
Based in the heart of the countryside with the Kennet & Avon Canal on my door step I am blessed to be immersed in this just by stepping outside my front door.
Health and wellbeing have always played a huge part in my life and having been a vegetarian for approx 40 years I love this lifestyle and reap the benefits from it.
Throughout my holistic journey, I have seen how yoga can bring enormous help to overcome the everyday stresses of today’s busy lifestyle, mentally, physically and psychologically it is a continuous journey of awareness and healing.
Through the fusion of posture and breath I enable students to to achieve optimum health and vitality, improved confidence and empowerment enabling ease of transition through life’s challenges, a strong body and a calmer mind restoring equilibrium to mind body and soul.
