Laura Hinde (Mukta)
Laura is very happy to join the core team at the festival and honoured to be sharing over two decades of experience as a yoga teacher, sound healer, and bhakti yogi. Co-founder of The Yoga Hall in St Albans, alongside her husband in 2003, where they have nurtured a space for wellness and connection within our community.
“My journey with yoga began in 1995, and after the birth of my first child, I discovered the transformative practice of Kundalini Yoga. I was fortunate to complete by Level 1 and 2 training at Amrit Nam Sarovar in the French Alps. Am hugely grateful that the practice inspires me to get on my mat every morning to connect with the universe in a juicy and moving way.”
In 2014, Laura co-founded Red Tent St Albans, providing a monthly nurturing space for women to connect in a sacred setting. Additionally, she co-leads women’s retreats twice a year, holding space to heal, rejuvenate, grow and gain perspective away from the demands of daily life.
For the past five years, Laura has had the privilege of studying under the guidance of Australian embodied ascended master channel, In’Easa mabu Ishtar, deepening her spiritual understanding and practice.
She also enjoys wild swimming, baking cookies, cats and resting.
