Kathryn is from New York and  she worked as a Teamster site foreman in New York’s construction industry on sites at Battery Park City. This led to working 2 sessons  as a NY  production manager with the humanist circus Cirque du Soleil in New York. Kathryn came to the UK in the early 1990s.Kathryn has been working as a therapist and facilitator for over 20 years. She works at the Hale Clinic, Regent’s Park, and at UrbanBliss, Notting Hill.  In 2003, she was ordained as an Interfaith Minister and spiritual counsellor.
Kathryn is experienced in creating ceremonies that reflect the beliefs and convictions of those involved. All ceremonies draw largely on spirituality rather than religion and are custom-designed for each occasion.

Kathryn has appeared on Good Morning with Richard and Judy Madeley (ITV), Chained (E 4) and been featured in related articles. Kathryn has worked The BBC & Conde Nast. She has taught in the UK, South Korea ,France and the US.
 
 In 2013 Kathryn trained as a Kundalini Yoga teacher with the Karma Kyra School and organized the First Kundalini Yoga Flashmob in  London on The Millennium bridge.

We are all 2 parts in union 
When this half’s work together in union no part are denied.
 We hold balance with out worry . We meet with our inner selves (female and masculine)  we are in union . This workshop will have  sharing ,chanting ,meditation and self  care  .There is nothing like a pilgrimage
