Sam has developed a person wellness toolkit to support her with the stress and anxiety of everyday living and shares this and other tools, in her classes and on online. She works with Mind and also offers corporate wellness events. Sam is a youth mental health first aider and teachers children’s yoga in primary schools across Northamptonshire as part of a mental health for children initiative.

Breath work, movement and time in (relaxation and meditation) wrapped up in a fun filled session your children will love, enabling them to combine their imagination with music, stories and songs.
Her classes teach children tools for self-regulation and managing anxiety in a fun playful environment.
